These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and any subscription services you choose to enjoy. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Subscription Services
1.1 Subscription Enrollment and Acceptance
By subscribing to TDG.shop, you acknowledge and agree to receive a bundled package of infused adult edibles for a set price each month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled as outlined in Section 1.3.
1.2 11-Day Trial Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription within the first 11 days of enrollment without incurring any charges. To cancel, contact our support team at support@tdg.shop before the end of the 11-day trial period. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, you will be charged the full monthly subscription fee.
1.3 Automatic Renewal and Billing
Unless canceled before the next billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew every month, and the applicable charges will be billed to your chosen payment method. By subscribing, you authorize TDG.shop to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
1.4 Cancellation After the Trial Period
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@tdg.shop. However, cancellations made after the trial period will apply to the following billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the current month.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 Return Policy for Shipped Products
If you wish to return a product that has already been shipped, please contact our support team at support@tdg.shop to initiate the return process. Returns are subject to approval and must meet our return policy requirements.
2.2 Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- If you cancel your subscription within the 11-day trial period.
- If an item is damaged or defective upon receipt and reported to support@tdg.shop within 7 days of delivery.
- If an incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
3. User Responsibilities
You must be at least 21 years old to use our services.
You agree not to misuse or resell our products.
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is accurate and up to date.
4. Modifications to Subscription and Pricing
TDG.shop reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any subscription plan or pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to cancel before the changes take effect.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Distro Brands, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
